Ben and his crew looking to their meals with Cassie and reflect the expectations as to survive driving force for people.

The film's strength is hand operated on Chloe Moretz-level performance. He always delivers, and that is the main reason for this movie to see.

In advance, I have to say that I have not read the novel by Rick Yancey. I heard that the film adaptation of the novel very closely. It seems that involved, because he visited the set and things like that, pretty much, and the approval gave the film Yancey, himself, a few.

The film begins with scenes of a very strong, where we follow the main character Cassie Sullivan (Moritz) for remote stations looking for food. It was only in the desert for a while now, and wear always a gun or guns to defend themselves. In the gas station, she meets a strange man sitting on the ground, said that he needed help. This is a situation, the threat of Cassie is, because they can be sure that the person really human or one of the "other" aliens from outer space, wants to destroy humanity. Flashing some metal under a jacket when he saw he was in panic and shots of foreigners to think that he's armed and dangerous. It turns out that she held only a cross in his hand. Cassie was devastated and incredibly shocked.

A very effective way for the start of the film. What is is this opening scene is so powerful for me, that Chloe Moretz really pure feeling of fear and distrust convey absolutely with his facial expressions. It is very good. Even after several years after his career surprising he is puzzling me as a capable actress Chloe actually especially considering the young age. Her acting is very natural and convincing. It must be recognized as one of the great actresses of her generation in the future, if you ask me. He is very talented.

Now, as movies? I would say Yes for the most part, but there are some elements, the I don't that make believe. All in all a pretty decent really novel young adult. He has some good action and surprise much violence to a PG-13 rating film. Decent camera and sometimes even and Henry Jackman result good.

History is pretty formulaic and offers no real surprises, except perhaps one or two plot twists, but also can see. What I found very problematic that the film with scenes of very strong, but after that it starts to dull, slowly but surely. Most of the scenes that made it into the trailer, it's actually from the beginning of the film. Go figure! I think that half of the film is, where do you see Cassie briefly in his life a normal teenager, very impressive, but all too short disaster follow then Cassie, secluded, which is more charming and interesting on the streets, and in General stronger than its second half, the real creativity formula followed less typical science fiction film war.

The film begins a post-apocalyptic world reminded of "The walking dead". There are actually a number of scenes, then - as in a quiet street with cars abandoned that could directly from episode "the walking dead" and I was the suspect several times, Walker jumped briefly to see Cassie. Then there is a scene, which recalls films like "red dawn," "District 9", "Independence" and "Thief." Fun.

The second half was not the first. The story fall somehow apart halfway through the film. Many consider hastily and not creative according to Cassie and Evan led to a military base. The film is a strange combination of elements and the idea of "various", "Starship Troopers" and even "full metal jacket" and the finale and the final scene, which is very similar to "tomorrow, when the war began. I don't know whether to implement all those filmmakers, but it seems too much inspiration from sources that get too much only as they are and finally very good they don't work. A big problem for me is that this film does not have a proper end. Pretty much everything that remains open and we the continuation waiting for (if you never materialized) to find out how the story continues.

What surprised me was the fact that I don't, Monroe Maika find very convincing in his role as a ringtone. I guess the show today in "Guest" and "follow", but not completely offensive to buy. Seems too forced.

Aside, lay all of this, is a strong argument in favor of the film clearly actress. Chloe Neill just her role. He
